It's 40k-esque, but the rules are far easier to follow. As far as tabletop wargaming goes, a lot of my friends are big on Warmachine right now.It's a game of werewolf with no elimination and it can be played in five minutes. Do you like games like Are You A Werewolf, Trouble in Terrorist Town and the like? One Night: Ultimate Werewolf is for you.You team up to fight a supervillian and the result is pretty magical. Every player takes a deck of cards representing a superhero. Do you want a great co-op experience similar to Magic? Look no further than Sentinels of the Multiverse.In the same vein I'm a huge fan of Puzzle Strike, which was made by the dude who did the HD remixes of Street Fighter and Puzzle Fighter! You start with a hand of plain cards and build up your deck with purchaseable cards. Do you like building your own deck? Try DC Deckbuilder.Explore a spooky mansion, find spooky things, and at some point someone at the table will betray you. While it isn't very strategically deep it's hands-down the most fun I've had with a board game.
